Bunt Force Trauma Team Jerseys

For this project, I designed custom jerseys for my slowpitch softball team, Bunt Force Trauma. After years of playing together and becoming more competitive in our league, our tie-dye T-shirts were no longer cutting it. We wanted uniforms that felt more polished and competitive while still capturing our team’s fun personality.

The team name presented the biggest creative challenge. “Bunt Force Trauma” naturally suggests aggressive imagery, but that didn’t reflect who we are as a team. Instead, I leaned into the idea of dizziness, turning it into something playful and unexpected. I used distorted, 3D-glasses-inspired lettering as the foundation of the design, paired with a high-contrast color palette for visibility even from the outfield. Details like the dizzy softball character and sleeve graphics add personality and reinforce the lighthearted concept.

The jerseys have become a favorite throughout our league, earning compliments from opposing teams and umpires alike. Most importantly, the team made it into the championship.
